I read about this in Business Week : the CEO of iFulfill.com, a business which did internet fulfillment, published a cheery, wacky blog about running a business — just as his was failing. There's nothing in the bland, self-aggrandizing entries (with the obligatory Dilbert references!) to alert the reader that things are going to hell in his company until the very end... It's sort of like looking at the captain's log from the Titanic.
