40,960 cards will measure to be 5'9"
Each punch card weighs about 1/10 of an ounce
1 ounce = 0.0625 pounds

Therefore this stack of cards would weigh 256lbs (or approximatly the sum of weights of all the emaciated top-10 female singers in the US.)
